Join the Pensacola Chapter of the Florida Public Relations Association for the August chapter meeting as Roger Pynn, APR of Curley and Pynn Public Relations and Marketing Communications takes us through “PR Ethics… the Test.”
This event is open to the public. The meeting will be Thursday, August 16 at the Pensacola Civic Center. Networking starts at 11:45 a.m. and lunch starts at noon.
Pynn will take us through various scenarios to make you think and challenge attendees to make ethical decisions in our careers. Ethics is critical in the public relations industry and Roger will walk through making the right choices in difficult situations.
Pynn is president and CEO of Pynn and Curley Public Relations and Marketing Communications.
He has been involved in Florida’s communications community since the late 1960s, starting his career as a journalist with The Orlando Sentinel. He began his public relations career in the mid-seventies with an Orlando advertising agency where he helped establish The Public Relations Group, the city’s first dedicated public relations consulting practice. Pynn is a graduate of the University of Central Florida and has been named UCF Distinguished Alumnus.
