Kindness and a true desire to help others

They are the ones who know all of my faults and still want to hang out with me.

John McClane

The Princess Bride or Marla Singer

What is the best thing you have ever won?
Sixth out of 48 at the Matt Martin—the main event!

What did your mother always tell you?
Be true to yourself.

What is the worst idea you’ve ever had?
Ask Doug.

What is your favorite food?
Mexican after a great day of surf

Which talent would you most like to have?
I’d like to learn to play the piano when I’m old and retired…or young and retired.

What movie do you love to watch repeatedly?
I watch “Love Actually” in early December to get into the Christmas spirit.

What was your most embarrassing moment?
Truthfully answering the last question

What historical figure do you despise the most?
I don’t think it’s wise to despise history. We should use our past as schooling and not view it as a burden, weighing down our future.

What TV show is your guilty pleasure?
I thought they ended television after the final season of “LOST.”  It’s still around?!

What is the last book you read?
I tend to have multiple going at once. Anything by Jim Rohn, but the last finished was “Maximum Achievement” by Brian Tracy.

What is your theme song?
I’ve got a few: “The Glow” (from “The Last Dragon”), “Winner Takes it All” by Sammy Hagar, and “The Muffin Man” by Frank Zappa.
