Tijuana Flats Burrito Co. announced their fundraiser for the Pensacola High School Parent Teacher Student Association. The restaurant will donate10% of their sales to the group Monday, December 13, 2010.
Tijuana Flats and the Fightin’ Tigers invite Pensacola residents and PHS Alumni to celebrate and enhance the success of the fundraiser. Dine-in and carryout orders apply.
“Due to budget cuts, like most schools in our district, PHS teachers are having a difficult time just obtaining enough copy paper for to use for their classroom activities,” says Lori Hahn, PTSA Vice-President of Fundraising. The PTSA would like to start a supply “closet” for teachers. Many of our teachers are having to purchase these supplies themselves, which puts a great stress on their personal finances.”
“We’re looking forward to helping out the teachers,” said Brian Burger, Area Supervisor for Tijuana Flats. “We really appreciate the community support.”
