This Program, Designed for Individuals Seeking to Complete Their First Sprint Triathlon, is Now Open for General Registration
Running Wild has announced its registration for “My First Tri,” its popular third year program for athletes interested in their first triathlon. “My First Tri” will teach participants the basics of the three triathlon disciplines – Swimming, biking and running. Skills such as how to navigate a transition area and overcoming the fear of open water swimming will be taught. Registration is open now and will expire on March 15th.

And, participants should have a minimal amount of gear such as goggles, swim cap, swimsuit, bicycle with helmet and properly fitted running shoes. All participants should be at least 18 years old.
