Our open-air bar concept on the beach for 21 years allows our guest to relax and listen to great live music with a friendly staff while enjoying life.

The community involvement. We work with so many talented people, and the results show in our events, each different from the last. Our bar is not is not just ours, it’s everyone’s.

The passion for music. I became a DJ because of my love for music and seeing people dance. There’s no better feeling than when the crowd “woos” in excitement because of the music selection.

We believe company culture is so important that we included it in our name—Island Culture Tiki Bar. We embrace our staff and guests as our tiki family and put them at the top of everything we do.

What does being the “best” mean to you?
Giving our guests the best possible experience in our space. It’s all about making sure people leave happier than when they arrived, may it be the whiskey or their company.
If you had to define your business with just one sentence or phrase, what would it be?
We serve guests, not drinks. Drinks just make the visit extra special.
What do you think makes you and your business unique?
Our whiskey collection has reached over 700 different labels, making it one of the largest in the country. We also have our own barrel picks from distilleries around the country. Don’t like whiskey? That’s absolutely all right. We have a full bar and can craft zero-proof cocktails upon request.
Other than your business, what are some of your local favorites?
Perfect Plain for a local brew. Restaurant IRON for a delectable meal. Jaco’s for a fabulous lunch. Bodacious Brew for an afternoon pick-me-up. And The Grand Marlin for the best fresh seafood.

We are partial to Fosko for sure. That place single-handedly keeps our employees firing on all cylinders. There is at least one Fosko run every day.
