THE NEW ORLEANS KID CAMERA EXHIBITION 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Tuesday-Saturday through April 15. The New Orleans Kid Camera Project was created to address the psychological and emotional impacts of Hurricane Katrina on children returning home to New Orleans. Artel will display 40 photographs taken by children from flooded neighborhoods who are telling their stories and expressing their feelings through art. The goal of the Kid Camera Project is to teach the children tangible skills and expose them to new means of expression.

‘PUZZELED’ EXHIBITION 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Tuesday-Saturday through June 3. Puzzles can take many forms and capture the imagination of many. The juror for this exhibition is Gina Cestaro, an artist and a teacher of studio art and art history at the University of West Florida. Her work is focused in the media of video, performance and mixed-media sculpture. In the fall she will begin her doctoral studies in community-based art practice and education.
