Billed as “America’s Original Beach Party”, DeLuna Fest is putting Pensacola back on the festival map. Last year, with a line-up that included Stone Temple Pilots, Bush, Dierks Bentley and Willie Nelson, the three-day music festival revived a Pensacola Beach that had seen its summer tourism season crushed by the Deepwater Horizon Spill. The music festival accomplished that mission by helping beach businesses surpass prior years’ revenues. The 2011 DeLuna Fest is Oct. 14-16, and with a lineup that includes Linkin Park, Weezer, The Shins, Jane’s Addiction, Cake, Matt & Kim and dozens of other acts, we expect it to draw record crowds.

Winner: Best Music Venue, Best Bar for Live Music
Runner Up: Best Cover Charge Worth Paying, Best New Bar-Escambia County, Best Nightclub, Best Local Place to Follow on Twitter, Best Concert or Live Show in 2010-2011-George Clinton and Punch Brothers
