The Pensacola Blue Wahoos are looking for talented individuals who would like to be a part of the entertainment at Blue Wahoos Ballpark this summer during Pensacola’s Got Talent. The talent search is at the food court inside Cordova Mall in Pensacola on Saturday, February 11. It begins at 10:00 a.m. and continues until 2:00 p.m.
“We know that Pensacola and the surrounding area is filled with talent and I can’t wait to see the range of skills that will be put on display at this event,” said Blue Wahoos President Bruce Baldwin. “Those that are selected to be a part of our entertainment lineup at the ballpark, will play an integral part of our gameday experience with the Blue Wahoos this summer. This is the perfect opportunity for members of our community to be a big part of the memorable experiences we’re going to create for our fans.”
The Blue Wahoos are primarily looking for National Anthem, pre-game, and 7th Inning Stretch performers who have unique talents that can entertain fans during the season and are willing to put those abilities on display. Examples could include but are not limited to singing, dancing, acrobatics, magic and other performances. Public address announcers and on-field hosts are also welcome to audition.
Anyone interested in being a part of Pensacola’s Got Talent are required to pre-register by e-mailing Blue Wahoos Vice President of Community Relations Julie Borshak at firstname.lastname@example.org. Following pre-registration, individuals will be selected and notified to participate in the talent showcase.
